Chatbotappai has a minimum age requirement for creating and using an account. Here is what it means and how it applies to you.
Who can use Chatbotappai
To use Chatbotappai, you must meet one of the following:
- You are at least 18 years old, or
- You have reached the age of majority in the country or region where you live (if that age is different from 18), or
- You are younger than that, but a parent or legal guardian has given verifiable consent for you to use the service
These requirements are set out in full in our Terms of Service.
Why this exists
Chatbotappai gives access to powerful AI models, including chat, image generation, and web search. The age and consent requirement is in place to make sure the service is used responsibly and in line with applicable law.
What if I do not meet the requirement
If you do not meet the minimum age and do not have verifiable guardian consent, you should not create an account or use Chatbotappai. If you believe an account was created in violation of this policy, contact our support team so we can look into it.
Guardian consent
If a minor wants to use Chatbotappai below the standard age threshold, a parent or legal guardian needs to provide verifiable consent as described in our Terms. If you have questions about what counts as verifiable consent in your case, reach out to support for guidance.
