Your conversations are encrypted
Your chats are encrypted both in transit and at rest. That means your messages are protected while they travel between your device and our servers, and while they're stored.
Your chats are never used to train models
Chatbotappai does not use your conversations to train any AI models, ours or anyone else's. Your chats stay yours.
You're in control of your account
From Settings, you can manage the details that matter most:
- Update your profile name, email address, and password
- Choose your preferred language and theme
- Review your Usage and Billing details, including invoices
- Cancel, pause, or reactivate your subscription
- Delete your account permanently
If you delete your account, the associated data is removed permanently and cannot be recovered.
How you sign in
You can sign in with your email using a 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox, or with Sign in with Google. If you forget your password, you can reset it through a secure link sent to your email.
Requesting your data
If you'd like a copy of your data, or want to submit a formal deletion request, contact our support team and we'll help you through it.
