Right now, Chatbotappai does not have a one-click "export all my data" button inside the web app. Here is what you can do today, and how to request a full copy of your data if you need one.
Copying individual chats
If you just want to save a specific conversation, you can select the text in any chat and copy it manually to a document, note, or email. This works for any chat on chat.chatbotappai.ai, on any device.
Requesting a formal copy of your data
If you need a complete export of your account data (for example, for a GDPR or KVKK data access request), our support team can help.
- Go to https://support.chatbotappai.ai.
- Open a request and let us know you would like a copy of your account data.
- Use the email address associated with your Chatbotappai account so we can verify your identity.
Our team will process the request in line with our privacy policy at chatbotappai.ai/privacy.
A note on account deletion
If you delete your account from Settings, this permanently and irreversibly removes your associated data. If you want a copy of your data, request it before you delete your account, not after.
Your privacy, either way
Your conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, and they are never used to train any models, whether or not you request an export.
