If you can't see your subscription in Chatbotappai, it's usually one of a few simple causes: you're signed into the wrong account, your browser has a cached page, or the payment is still being processed. Here's how to check.
Step 1: Confirm you're signed into the right account
Subscriptions are tied to the account and email you used to pay, not to a device or browser. If you have more than one email you sign in with, or you used Sign in with Google on one visit and email on another, you may end up looking at a different account than the one that's subscribed.
- Check the email shown in Settings and make sure it matches the email or Google account you used at checkout.
- If it doesn't match, sign out and sign back in using the correct email or Google account.
Step 2: Refresh and check Settings > Billing
- Go to Settings > Billing in the app at chat.chatbotappai.ai.
- Refresh the page, since billing status doesn't always update live.
- Look for your current plan, status, and next billing date. This is where invoices and subscription details live.
Step 3: Allow a few minutes after payment
If you just subscribed or renewed, it can take a short while for the payment to be confirmed and your Pro access to appear. Wait a few minutes, then refresh Settings > Billing again before assuming something is wrong.
Step 4: Check for a pending or failed payment
If Settings > Billing shows no active plan at all, your payment may not have gone through successfully. Check your email for a receipt or a payment failure notice from Alvin AI Studio LLC or Chatbotappai, which is how the charge appears on your card or bank statement.
