Your conversations and account data are important to us, and we want you to know exactly how we handle them. This article is a quick summary, not the full legal text. For the complete policy, see chatbotappai.ai/privacy.
The short version
- Encryption: your conversations are encrypted both in transit and at rest.
- No training on your data: we never use your conversations to train any AI models.
- Deletion is permanent: if you delete your account, the associated data is permanently and irreversibly removed.
- Legal basis: our full privacy practices comply with GDPR and KVKK, and are documented in detail on the privacy page.
Requesting your data or a deletion
If you would like a copy of your data, or want to formally request deletion of your account and data, contact our support team. We handle these requests directly rather than through an automated tool in the app.
- Go to support.chatbotappai.ai.
- Open a request describing whether you want a data copy or a deletion.
- We will confirm your identity and process the request from there.
Note: there is currently no one-click data export button inside the app itself. Any export or deletion request needs to go through support.
Deleting your account yourself
You can also delete your own account directly from the app:
- Go to Settings.
- Find the account deletion option.
- Confirm. This permanently removes your account and its associated data, so make sure you no longer need anything in your chat history first.
