If you deleted your Chatbotappai account, here is exactly what happens to your data and what your options are.
Account deletion is immediate and permanent
When you delete your account from Settings > Account, the deletion is processed right away. There is no waiting period, grace period, or reactivation window afterward: your account and its associated data (chats, files, and account details) are permanently and irreversibly removed. Because of this, deleted accounts cannot be restored or reactivated once the deletion has been confirmed.
Before you delete your account
Since deletion cannot be undone, take these steps first if there is any chance you will want your data later:
- If you want a copy of your data, contact our support team before you delete your account. We can help you with a data export request.
- If you are deleting your account because of a billing issue (for example, you want to stop being charged), you do not need to delete your account to do this. You can cancel your subscription instead from Settings > Billing and keep using Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If you are unsure, reach out to support first and we can walk you through what deletion means for your specific account.
What if I already deleted my account?
If your account was already deleted, it cannot be reactivated and any associated data cannot be recovered. If you want to use Chatbotappai again, you are welcome to sign up for a new account at any time.
