Your conversations and account information belong to you. This article explains your data rights under GDPR and KVKK, and how to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
Your data rights
Chatbotappai encrypts your conversations in transit and at rest, and we never use your chats to train any AI models. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Turkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), including the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request that we delete your personal data.
- Ask questions about how your data is processed and stored.

How to request a copy of your data or a deletion
These requests are handled directly by our support team rather than through an in-app button. To submit a request:
- Go to support.chatbotappai.ai.
- Contact our support team and let us know whether you would like a copy of your data or full deletion of your account and associated data.
- Use the email address associated with your Chatbotappai account so we can verify your identity and locate your records.
Our team will confirm your request and follow up with next steps or the requested information.
What happens when you delete your account
If you request account deletion, or delete your account yourself from Settings, this is permanent and irreversible. All associated data, including your conversations, is removed and cannot be recovered afterward.
You can also delete your own account directly:
- Open Settings.
- Find the account deletion option and confirm.
If you only want a copy of your data rather than deletion, contacting support is currently the only way to request it. There is no self-service export button in the app.
A note on subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you have a Pro plan, cancel it separately in Settings > Billing before or after requesting deletion, so you are not charged again.
