Yes. If you need a break from your Pro subscription, you can pause it instead of canceling, and pick things back up whenever you're ready.
How to pause your subscription
- Open the app at chat.chatbotappai.ai and sign in.
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Select Pause subscription and confirm.
Once paused, your subscription stops billing on its normal schedule. No new charge will go through while your subscription is paused.
How to resume (reactivate) your subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Select Reactivate subscription.
- Your Pro plan and billing resume right away, so you get full access to every model, image generation, and live web search again.
A few things to keep in mind
- Pausing is different from canceling. If you cancel instead, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
- You can check your current plan status, upcoming billing date, and invoices anytime under Settings > Billing.
- Your billing date is set when you first subscribe and can't be freely changed. Pausing and reactivating does not let you pick a new billing date.
