If you're on a Pro plan and reach your usage limit before your renewal date, you can buy a one-time credit pack to keep chatting without waiting for your next billing cycle. Here's how credits work.
What credits are
Credits are a one-time top-up for extra usage. They are separate from your subscription and only become available to purchase once a Pro member hits their plan's usage limit.
- Credits are Pro-only. Free plan users and users on the 7-day trial cannot buy credit packs.
- Credits go into a shared wallet used for both text and image generation, there is no separate balance for each.
- Credits do not renew or expire on a monthly cycle the way your subscription does. They simply sit in your wallet until you use them.
Pricing
Credit packs are sold at a flat rate: $1 = 2,000 credits. The available packs are:
- $25 for 50,000 credits
- $50 for 100,000 credits
- $75 for 150,000 credits
- $100 for 200,000 credits
The rate is the same across every pack, so pick whichever size fits how much extra usage you need.
How to buy a credit pack
- Go to Settings > Billing in the app at chat.chatbotappai.ai.
- If you have reached your usage limit, you'll see the option to buy extra usage there.
- Choose the pack size that fits your needs and complete the purchase.
- Your credits are added to your shared wallet and are available right away.
Good to know
- Credit packs are for extending your usage within your current Pro plan. They do not change or upgrade your subscription tier.
- Because credits are shared, using a lot of images will draw down the same balance as heavy text chatting.
- You can check your current usage anytime under Settings > Usage.
