Chatbotappai works with the major payment methods offered by our payment provider, so you can subscribe to Pro with the option that's easiest for you.
Accepted payment methods
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major card networks supported by our payment provider).
- Digital wallets, where available in your region and browser (for example Apple Pay or Google Pay, if your device and browser support them).
Available options can vary slightly by country and by the browser or device you use to check out.
Who processes your payment
Subscriptions are sold and billed by our merchant of record, Alvin AI Studio LLC (New York), working together with our payment provider to process charges and refunds. Because of this, the charge on your bank or card statement may appear under a name related to Alvin AI Studio or Chatbotappai rather than "Chatbotappai" exactly.
How billing works
- All Pro plans (the 7-day $1.99 trial, the monthly plan, the 3-month plan, and the 6-month plan) renew automatically at the end of each period using the payment method on file.
- You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing, and you'll keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- The billing date is set when you first subscribe and can't be changed afterward.
Where to manage your payment details
- Go to Settings > Billing in the app.
- Review your current plan, upcoming renewal date, and invoices.
- Use the billing options there to update your payment method through our payment provider's secure checkout.
For your security, please don't share your card number, CVV, or any account passwords with anyone, including support staff. We'll never ask for that information directly.
A note on plan changes and payments
There's currently no in-app option to switch instantly between paid plans. To move to a different Pro plan, cancel your current subscription and resubscribe to the plan you want, or contact support for help.
