You can move to a different Pro plan option or leave Pro, but Chatbotappai does not support switching plans instantly from inside the app. Here is how it actually works.
In-app plan switching is not available
There is no button in Settings > Billing that swaps you directly from one plan to another (for example, from the monthly plan to the 6-month plan). This applies in both directions: upgrading to a longer billing cycle or downgrading to a shorter one.
How to move to a different plan
- Cancel your current subscription from Settings > Billing. You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Once your current period ends, subscribe again and choose the plan option you want:
- 7-day trial for $1.99, then $29.99 per month
- $49.99 billed every 3 months
- $89.99 billed every 6 months
All three Pro options unlock the exact same features: every model, image generation and editing, live web search, and document chat. The difference is only price and billing frequency.
A note on your billing date
Your renewal date is set at the moment you subscribe, and it cannot be freely changed within the same subscription. If you want a different renewal date, canceling and resubscribing (as above) is the way to reset it.
