Your invoices and billing history are available right in the app, so you can view or download them anytime you need a record of your payments.
View your invoices
- Sign in to your account at chat.chatbotappai.ai.
- Open Settings.
- Go to Billing.
- Under Billing details, you'll see your subscription plan, renewal date, and a list of past invoices.
Download an invoice
- From the invoice list in Settings > Billing, find the invoice you need by its date.
- Select it to download or save a copy for your records.
Why the name on the invoice looks unfamiliar
Chatbotappai subscriptions are sold and billed by our merchant of record, Alvin AI Studio LLC (New York). Because of this, invoices and the charge on your bank or card statement may show a name related to Alvin AI Studio or Chatbotappai rather than "Chatbotappai" alone. This is expected and doesn't affect your subscription or access.
If you can't find an invoice
If an invoice is missing or you need a copy for a specific billing period that isn't listed, contact our support team and we'll help you locate it.
